Aspiratonal Prayer for Mahamudra by the Third Karmapa (PDF)

The Third Karmapa wrote a very concise 24 verse teaching depicting the entire path of Mahamudra meditation path for reaching enlightenment.

This summary of Mahamudra is often taught because it is so complete and simply written.

We are very fortunate to have Thrangu Rinpoche who had studied all of the Third Karmapa’s teachings to explain and expand on these verses. This makes it a perfect introduction to students on one of the major meditation techniques for looking directly at mind.
