This book is on the same topic as the Thrangu Rinpoche's The Ninth Karmapa's Ocean of Definitive Meaning but in this book, Thrangu Rinpoche provides an exhaustive commentary on the longest and most comprehensive of the three classic treatises on Mahamudra that were composed by the Ninth Karmapa. This is Thrangu Rinpoche’s only teaching on the entire set of texts. It encompasses the the preliminaries, the main practice, removing obstacles, and attaining the result of buddhahood. It also includes a detailed instruction in Tranquility and Insight meditation.
