Tai Situ Shangpa Kagyu Teachings (PDF)

The Shangpa Kagyu lineage is one of the lesser known lineages but was made prominent by Kalu Rinpoche.

This is an incredible book in which Tai Situpa discusses many topics not discussed by other lamas. Each one is short and insightful. These topics described below are not in the order they are in the PDF.

Niguma was the sister of Tilopa and developed her own set of practices. The book gives a detailed description of The Life of Niguma The Six Yogas of Niguma, and the Aspiration of Niguma. Closely related is the Sukhasiddhi and Tai Situ discusses The life of Sukhasiddhi, and the Six Yogas of Sukhasiddhi.
